Abstract Submission
→ How to Write Abstracts
Language: English
Title: Capitalize the first letter of the sentence only.
Authors: Do not include degrees or titles.
Affiliations: Each author should be listed by department, institution, city and country
Capitalize the first letter of the title. *exception: unique words
Body of Abstract
Word Limit: 300 Words
The abstract body of original articles should be structured chronologically into 4 sections
Format: Introduction-Methods-Results-Conclusion.
Case Report
Word Limit: 150 words
The abstract should be unstructured and its length should not exceed 150 words.
Keywords: up to 3 keywords
Abstract Submission
→ How to Submit Abstracts
All abstracts must be submitted through the website.
Submission of an abstract implies that the presenting author has the consent of all authors and has obtained necessary institutional clearances.
Submission of an abstract acknowledges acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Meeting abstract book.
The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. The reviewing process is confidential and decisions are final.
Withdrawal of Abstract
Written request by email to the secretariat is accepted.
Notification and Acceptance
Presenters will be notified, in writing, no later than 10 May, 2021 of acceptance or rejection.
