The world has been facing a fair bit of challenges this year due to COVID-19.

Unfortunately, as the global situation has not markedly improved, it has been

difficult to anticipate how the travel restrictions for each country (and its affiliations)

would change by May, 2021. After careful consideration, the Organizing Committee

decided to move forward june 18-19 with a Virtual Congress to address the concerns of

participants who are unable to confirm their participation and to ensure the stability of the schedule.​
